Repair & rewinding LF 1 Furnce trfo To & fro Transportation. At Party
s works-dismantling, removal of CCA. Disconnection & removal of winding. Dismantling, cleaning of core lamination & replacement of damaged lamination. Complete replacement of core to frame Insulation, clamping <(>&<)> binding of Core & Reassembly. Preparation of new winding as per original design by reverse engineering. Drying & winding stabilization. Coil assembly. Assembly of core & windings. Assembly of new OLTC. Reconnection of all winding leads. Re- assembly of top yoke Lamination, re-fixing of top frame. LV tests on the active parts. Low Voltage Test on CCA after connection <(>&<)> Oven drying. Transformer tank treatment & Tanking of Active part. Fixing of CT turret, bushing, LV side connector <(>&<)> cover plate. Assembly-conservator, Buchholtz pipeline, cooler & other accessories. Vacuum drying, oil filling of separately treated/tested oil & filtration. Testing & checking of Transformer. Preparation for transportation & unloading at BSL. Supervision during E&C. *
